Oishi food brand is perceived as “the King  of Japanese Foods”.  As, the brand (through “Oishi Buffet” brand” is the first Japanese food chain to introduce the authentic Japanese menu and Japanese taste to Thai market. 

Oishi Gyoza is a brand child of Oishi Buffet  for Oishi fans to enjoy authentic chilled-japanese-wonton at home.  The Oishi Gyoza 12-piece SKU was available at Oishi restaurant and Hypermarket nationwide.

Later on, in order to extend the target market, Oishi Gyoza 5-piece SKU was launched and available in all 7-Eleven nationwide.  The product was highly popular among university students and working adults.

However, there are many competitors in 7-Eleven.  The challenge is how to expand the popularity and wins the target consumer’s heart.

Oishi Gyoza MUST breaks the routine purchase and makes the target think of Oishi Gyoza when they want to eat something. 

Oishi Gyoza attempts to hook with people at a deeper level than other brands.

Therefore, we create link between Oishi Gyoza and 7-Eleven unique symbols (which are 7-Eleven jingle, 7-Eleven Microwave, and 7-Eleven Logo).  So that every time targets enter 7-Eleven and have contact with any of 7-Eleven symbols, they will think of  Oishi Gyoza.  

Definitely, Oishi Gyoza turned people mouthwatering  when stepping into 7-Eleven.
